The first AXO-SUIT Project Workshop was held in Gävle, Sweden 25th May 2015. The workshop dealt with the technical development of the exoskeleton test rigs and included partners from Aalborg University, University of Gävle, COMmeto, Bioservo Technologies AB Business and MTD Precision Engineering LTD.
Design concepts for the upper- and lower-body exoskeletons were dicussed along with the integration of the two and the integration of the SEM Glove from Bioservo. The conclusion of the workshop was a plan for the construction of upper- and lower-body exoskeletons test rigs and milestones for the technical development for the exoskeleton, leading to a prototype of the full-body exoskeleton.
